Reflection Questions:

Do you consider yourself an artistic person?

Well not really. I do not really like art and I do not have the skill and talent for art.
I have a very wild imagination but I do not apply it on art. I can do little projects of art but not big projects as I find it difficult. Normally for project work, i would provide the information and my friends would do the art.

What are your opinions of the theatre scene in Singapore?

My opinions on the theatre scene of Singapore is that it is quite imaginative and its quite entertaining. The theatre is a good place to watch performance. It is usually very thrilling. I recently went to watch "Cats musical" with all the literature students and teachers. It is entertaining and we manage to see how talented all the performers are. They showed teamwork and perseverance for a good show.

2) Pg 10: Drink-and-Eat MRT Riders on the rise

Reflection Question:

How do you feel about MRT commuters eating and drinking blatantly on the train?

I feel that they should not do so as it will make the MRT dirty. There will be lots of leftover food on the floor of the MRT. Thus this would invite lots of insects like cockroaches, lizards and bugs. This would make the MRT more dirty and thus would result in less people taking the MRT.

QUESTION 1: What were some of the reasons citied in the article why there was a need to have parking lots for women only in these buildings?

There was a need to have parking lots for women only in these buildings for convenience purpose. This would enable the woman to feel less tired especially when they are wearing heels. This would benefit them further if they have young children with them as it would be easier to load and unload the pram as the lots are more spacious than normal lots.

QUESTION 2(a): In your opinon, do you think it is necessary to allocate parking lots for women only?
why?

In my opinion, I feel that it is necessary as women normally would go to markets to buy groceries and thus they would be carrying a lot of things and if they bring along their children, it would be more difficult to manage. Women are normally not working and stay home to take care of their kids therefore they would go out more than guys and when they go out they will need to bring along their children as no one would be able to take care of their children.



2(b): Which group of people do you then feel should be allocated such priority parking? explain.

I think that those people who are elderly should be allocated to such priority parking as they are much weaker and they would not be as energetic as women and men. They are more likely to be affected than women and men.
